our syllabus cuts across baking cakes using various techniques e.g creaming method, complete mixed method, etc, decorating of cakes using various methods such as buttercream icing, royal icing and sugar paste( fondant icing) making of sugar flowers, basic fine art, accounting, branding and marketing, essential entrepreneurial skills.
Note that all the ingredients and basic equipment you will be using throughout the course will be supplied by the school and they are all yours. You can also come to our office to checkout the lesson plan, list of ingredients and equipments.
